Live Squared Health - Pain Cures

Orlando Fl. June 1, 2013 – Before the invention of modern medicine came along, how did people cure them selves? By eating the right foods! Food does so many great things for our bodies but over the years we have saturated our food supply with Mcdonalds, Burger king and the list goes on. Many foods have healing properties to cure pretty much any pain you have you just need to know which ones to eat.

Ginger. This kills muscles pain such as joint pain; Sweden did asked a test group of people with join pain, stiffness and swelling to add a table spoon of dried ginger to their diet and within two weeks 63% saw improvements.

Heartburn! This fiend has been controlling what people can and cant eat for yearsCider Vinegar will put an end to that add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with eight ounces of water before every meal and will shut down any pain from heart burn in twenty-four hours.

Pineapples are naturally packed with proteolytic enzymes that help speed up the digestive process thus causing less digestive pain such as bloating, a cup a day keeps gas away!

Ladies! A good portion of you all struggle with premenstrual syndrome, correct? And what if I were to say there is a way to tame it; if not take away your uncomfortable symptoms? The solution is in yogurt! “Yogurt is rich in calcium, a mineral that naturally calm the nervous system preventing painful symptoms even when hormones are in flux” - Mary Jane Minkin, M.D.

    Live Squared Bloggers™ - Dreams

Orlando Fl. February 26, 2013From the time that we are all born to the time we leave this earth there is something every human-being (and some believe even animals) share. That is the ability to dream, for centuries people have pondered this age old question as to why we may dream. I myself am also on the journey to understand this and would like to share some theories and possibilities to better understand your subconscious.

Some of the top theories as to why we dream relates a lot to what happens in our daily lives. We maybe subconsciously compensating for events that may happen in our waking lives. If your life is filled with hurt and pain your will dream beautifully, or vice versa. Another Theory would be that our dreams are a coping mechanism to process the stress in our lives, it helps brings us to resolution with whatever we are dealing with in life to give us closure.

Since our minds are practically hard drives we store plenty of data that we don't even acknowledge consciously. Subconsciously your taking in millions upon billions of details which end up getting played back while you sleep. This is probably why things that happened days ago are suddenly resurfacing in your dreams now. Lastly, our dreams are just dreams; Some of us also use them for wishful thinking, goals we hope to obtain, and how we can get there.

Live Squared Bloggers™- IQue: "If your on time, your late"

Orlando Fl. February 23, 2013 – “If your on time your late, if your early your on time.” When I was younger someone said this to me & at the time I pondered the question searching for an answer for endless hours, every time I was late these same words echoed in my head.

As experience molded me I came to the conclusion there are two kinds of people in this world. Those who stay up till 3 a.m. finishing a project the night before and those who have had the project done for a week. Which kind of person are you? If you happen to be the kind who waits till the last minuet, then I’m here to help point you in the right direction but let this be known “It doesn’t matter where you start, it only matters where you end”

First thing is first, when you wake up what are the top three things that You need to get done? Once you’ve defined these you can plan your day around those, but make sure you don’t go back to bed till they are done. You should also try switching to the 50/10 rule, 50 minuets of hard dedicated work and 10 minuets of break, this will help bring your productivity up.

With all this new found work load its also important to keep your body moving and sweating, exercise for even just 30 minuets daily will help relive stress, give you energy, and above all else is just plain healthy for you. Make sure you stay hydrated as well your body loses water constantly so stay drinking water throughout the day to keep your mind and body refreshed.

New found knowledge and achievements should always be acknowledged by expressing gratitude to not only the people in your circle but also to anyone you come in contact with; what goes around, comes around. Lastly at the end of your long productive and eventful day you should always reflect on your passed actions, what did you fail at and why? What did you succeed at and why? With these being implemented into your daily routine you’ll quickly be where you want to be and on time at that.

Live Squared Sexology™ - Tricks to the trade

Orlando Fl. February 18, 2013 – They say real passion doesn’t start till around the second hour of making love. Sadly the average of most men is around 5-15 min; its all right fellas there are tons of scentificly proven tips to let you reach that peak point of passion.

Mens Health places these five scientifically proven methods on how to use your body to achive success. Master masturbation, it’s the fundamental part of sex and you have to have a good foundation if you want to go anywhere in life, once you’ve worked up to about 15 minuets on average; bring your self to that point without letting yourself slip; with nothing but her on your mind. Secondly If you feel your self way in over your head and your cant go the fourth quarter, Squeez. This is when you squeeze the below the head to cut off the flow to bring you back down.

When the deed is all said and done and you’ve changed the way she looks at life. Do it again. Scientist say men tend to last longer on their second term and gives you a lot more time to explore. While your exploring might as well let her climb on top, whoever is on top usually gets the most stimulation so with this being said she will have her world rocked while you maintain stamina. Lastly if you just cant hang in there, ask your doctor about Prozac; 23 milligrams of Prozac a day for a week will make you last that much longer in the sack.
